Spiritual Services and Rituals
All custom spiritual work, spellcasting services, and energy rituals are tailored uniquely to your individual situation.
- Custom Materials and Preparation: Before a ritual begins, time and physical resources are spent acquiring specific tools, herbs, candles, or spiritual ingredients.
- All Sales Are Final: Because time spent and materials consumed cannot be recovered, we do not offer refunds for any spiritual service or ritual once the preparation or work has been officially initiated or completed.
- No Guaranteed Outcomes: As outlined in our Terms of Service, spiritual practices are subjective and outcomes depend on factors beyond human control. Refunds will not be issued based on your personal interpretation of spiritual results.
Consultation Bookings and Cancellations
If you book a live or scheduled spiritual consultation (via phone, video, chat, or WhatsApp):
- Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel your booking entirely and request a refund, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time slot.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are ineligible for a refund, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for you and could have been given to another seeker.
- Missed Appointments (No-Shows): If you fail to arrive, answer, or be available for your scheduled consultation without prior notice, your session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Appointment Rescheduling
We understand that emergencies happen and schedules can change unexpectedly.
- You may reschedule your consultation for a future date free of charge, provided you give us at least 12 hours of notice.
- To request a rescheduled time, please contact us directly via our primary communication channel with your original booking details.
Exceptional Circumstances
If, for any reason, [Mama Zahara / Your Brand Name] is unable to perform a scheduled consultation or initiate a contracted ritual due to an unexpected emergency, health issue, or unforeseen interruption:
- You will be notified immediately.
- You will be given the option to either reschedule the service to the earliest available date or receive a full (100%) refund of the amount paid for that specific service.
